DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE
Everyone could do with a bit of help with tasks around the house. Are there things you need some support with, or you would prefer not to do those yourself? COMMUNITY NURSING
Our community nursing care services exist to meet your clinical and personal needs and to enable you lead an independent and healthy lifestyle. We bring in-home or in-community clinic by a qualified nurse, and you can access our services on a regular or occasional basis. Our registered nurse will listen to you to understand and assess your clinical needs for nursing and personal care services. While keeping your preferences in mind, the nurse will then recommend the type and frequency of services you need and help you decide on the next steps.
DAILY LIFE SKILLS
There is nothing more satisfying than achieving a goal. So, we will plan with you and help you achieve your goals. It could be something like getting better at doing things you are doing already or getting comfortable doing more, such as collecting the mail by yourself, using the public transport or watering the plants in your garden.
